2. Intellectual Property

  • Agency Materials: All code, designs, frameworks, and strategies developed by CyberStudio prior to or during the project remain the intellectual property of CyberStudio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Client Ownership: Upon full payment of all fees, the client is granted a license to use the final website or digital assets for their intended business purpose.
  • Prohibitions: You may not copy, reproduce, or “scrape” the content or code of this website for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

3. Professional Estimates & SEO Results

  • Estimates: Any project timelines or “Strategy Blueprints” provided are estimates based on current data and are not guaranteed deadlines.
  • SEO Performance: While we utilize industry-best practices for Search Engine Optimisation, the client acknowledges that search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties (such as Google). Therefore, CyberStudio cannot guarantee specific rankings or “Position 1” results within a specific timeframe.

4. Payment Terms

  • Project Deposits: All custom website development projects require a commencement deposit as specified in your quote.
  • Retainers: Monthly SEO or management retainers are billed in advance and are subject to a notice period as defined in your specific service level agreement (SLA).
  • Late Payments: CyberStudio reserves the right to suspend services or take down live environments if payments are significantly overdue.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, CyberStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our services or website.

6. User Conduct

When using our website or enquiry forms, you agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information.
  • Attempt to bypass any security measures of the site.
  • Use our contact details for the purpose of unsolicited marketing (SPAM).

7. Governing Law
